Refund policy
We offer a full refund/replacement on faulty, damaged or goods you are not satisfied with for 14 DAYS. Goods must be returned in delivery condition. This in no way affects your statutory rights as shown here:

Q. I have a faulty product what do I do?
A. If the product is under 28 days old you can return it to us in a as new condition and we will exchange it for new. If the product is over 28 days old and falls within the manufacturers guarantee (12 months) we will repair the item and return it to you as soon as possible.
